One of the most iconic CIT collections is the Mongolian Wildlife Protection series launched in 2007. Eleven years and several awards later, the ninth instalment of the collection portrays the Wild Boar (Sus Scrofa), with fascinating amber-coloured Swarovski® crystal eyes that collectors of the series have come to cherish. The design is once again struck in smartminting high relief and thus represents a perfect combination of high-end minting technology and traditional sculpting craft. Not many coin series span successfully over a decade. Mongolian Wildlife Protection, has been a collector’s favourite at the World Money Fair in Berlin throughout the years and will continue to impress and inspire until its tenth and final release in 2019. The Sus Scrofa thus presents the penultimate issue of the series and will surely be a sought after collectible.
This coin, minted to the highest quality standards and with a limited mintage of 2500 pieces worldwide, comes encapsulated and housed in an especially themed wooden box, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its specifications.
